If they play their cards right at the deadline, move some vets who still have value (Grudz, Sanders, Sweeney), things could start working out... because the core of Gordon, Butler, Dejesus,Tteahan, Buck, Greinke, Hoochevar is something nice to build around.

Ross Gload's hot streak will soon come to an end. Move Sweeney to first and let Butler DH because he can't play defense whatsoever. Thats the way it should have been to start the year.

John Franco with the mets is such a great example, it didnt do anything but it gave him the right to say he is the captain of a team and it let him stay with the mets longer. same with Sweeney with the Royals
