And It started to rain, during hr derby I believe, and thy started closing the roof... Jason Giambi said, as soon as they closed it, it became like a sauna in there! Have you ever been in a inadequately air-conditioned building on a warm day...it's better to be outside with some sort of fresh air. Think about that? Interesting?

Have you ever been in a inadequately air-conditioned building on a warm day...it's better to be outside with some sort of fresh air. Think about that? Interesting? That roof at Miller Park takes a long time to close. And then it leaks. The Az Cardinals close their roof, cool the place down, then open it and it stays cool in there for the entire game +. (I also like that moveable turf thing they got going there.) Hot air rises and cool air settles. Ever been outside, in South Florida, during the day after it rains? THATS a sauna. At Joe Robbie, field level is even worse. Right now we simply trade our tickets for day games in for 200 level from about the middle of May on. It's called "adjusting." With a retractable roof that won't be necessary. There would be a "200 level" at the new pond. It would be the luxury suites.
