August 8, 200718 yr Today MLB.com is doing a special about each teams most memorable home run (in honor of Barry B*nds). The Marlins' is of course Alex Gonzalez walk off shot in game four of the 2003 world series with honorable mentions going to Cabrera's blast of Roger Clemens in the same series, Hermida's pinch-hit grand slam in his first at bat and Devon White's grand slam to help win game three of the 1997 NLDS. Here is a link Notice how the announcers didn't care Anyway, can someone please youtube this because it is nowhere to be found and I want to be able to pull it up at anytime. Thanks.

August 9, 200718 yr I've never seen the home run by Niner in the ASG. Anyone have video? BTW, I argue Mike Lowell's homer in Game 1 of the 2003 NLCS is more important than Hermida's slam.

August 9, 200718 yr I like the Cabs one even more. That was so awesome, anyone have it? You can see World Series highlights here. Too bad they didn't show Miggy's full at-bat.

Those media player links don't work for me, sorry but can someone post some of these or give me the key to getting them to work.
August 9, 200718 yr I do not even want to get into explaining how I grab these videos. It's a long drawn out process but it involves using Firefox's Media Player Connectivity Extension.
August 9, 200718 yr I do not even want to get into explaining how I grab these videos. It's a long drawn out process but it involves using Firefox's Media Player Connectivity Extension. I have no idea what the hell that means, but if you use a program like Stream Down you can get MLB.com videos in a blink of an eye and it's incredibly simple. Just find the embedded URL, type it in, and you're golden. Right, the Firefox Media Connectivity extension helps you get that embedded URL if your not crafty enough. MLB has been putting ads before their videos now making it a little more difficult, the media connectivity plugin helps with that.
August 9, 200718 yr Have you figured out how to get full length games? I've tried, but failled. Only been able to convert the streaming highlights to WMV. Only thing I've been able to grab is the condensed games. I must have spent hours trying to pull the full game out without any luck. The condensed games are usually 10-15 minutes long.

It's nearly impossible...it took me like 2 hours just to think I was downloading Ani's no-hitter...next thing I knew I had a 3 hour long MLB.com symbol....bastards.
August 9, 200718 yr I did manage to grab the full audio from the 97 WS final game. It's really poor quality but it's about a 3:30-4 hour mp3.
