YOUR Florida Marlins (4-1) vs the ny mets (3-2)

Josh Johnson, RHP vsJohan Santana, LHP

Game Time: 1:10PM EST

TV: Sun Sports HD

Radio: WAXY 790 (English), WAQI 710 (Espa?ol)

Series at 1-1

Lets keep our fingers crossed for a better day! Josh Johnson, whoop the freakin mets!

Man I hope we beat santana, the mets fans will go nuts. JJ time to show us that ace stuff you displayed last outing. I expect paulino to get a few knocks and I'm feeling a homer by maybin. I know he hasn't looked to great lately but I got a feeling.

I was there yesterday. Worst day of my life.

Someone threw a lawn chair in the middle of I-95. In the middle of my f***ing lane.

I swerved, but ended up with a mark down the passenger side of my car.

And my E-Pass transponder ran out of battery after I got off the Turnpike (went down I-95 from Fort Pierce). Fortunately the service plaza's Shell stations carry transponder batteries.

All I want now is REVENGE!!!

So apparently some jerk off informed sun sports that track and field is more important than the marlins and mets up here in tally!!!!!!........ even though the rays play at the same time, they are broadcasted on fsn...... what the heck. :banghead

I was athe game yesterday, some stupid errors and other such bad luck cost us the game...though the offense didn't start scoring until it was too late, still enjoyed myself especially the Mets Suck chants...alright boys time to win the series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :notworthy

No Cantu today

Jorge Cantu sitting out Sunday because of sore hand

By Tom D'Angelo | Sunday, April 12, 2009, 10:30 AM

Marlins first baseman Jorge Cantu said his left hand was so stiff Sunday morning that couldn?t open it. Wes Helms will receive his first start of the season, replacing Cantu in the lineup for the finale of the three-game series with the Mets.

Cantu was hit on the hand by a pitch Wednesday and re-aggravated the injury Saturday when he caught his hand on the shoulder of Mets second baseman Luis Castillo on a play at first base.

?My last at bat I was trying to fight through and just hit something hard,? Cantu said.

Cantu was told my manager Fredi Gonzalez after the game that he?d be given the day off. With Monday?s off day and treatment, Cantu expects to play Tuesday in Atlanta.

Helms will bat cleanup, Cantu?s spot the last four games after batting fifth on opening day. Cantu is off to a hot start with a .368 average, two home runs and seven RBI.

The lineup.

Bonifacio 3B, Maybin CF, Ramirez SS, Helms 1B, Uggla 2B, Hermida LF, Ross RF, Paulino C, Johnson P.

Ehh im confident in Helms to take santana the other way. Sit on that cahnge and shoot it to right.

Bonaficio- At least 2 hits in every game he has played this season

And Freddi's lineup idiocy. Um, Wes Helms is replacing Cantu so he MUST hit 4th. But yet let's leave Cody Ross's and Ronny Paulino's .900++ OPS's vs LHP at SEVENTH and EIGHTH! You've got to be kidding me. Not that Helms' numbers vs LHP are bad - .816 OPS I think. But you can't leave those two guys 7th and 8th, no matter where you bat Helms. :banghead
