August 10, 200917 yr Coghlan has to be leading all NL rookies in BA and possibly OPS and OBP after this recent tear (batting .285 as opposed to .252 when the month began). Arizona's Gerardo Parra is hitting .295. Gordon Beckham is out doing him in BA/OBP/OPS but he's only had 201 AB, similar is Casey McGehee. Nolan Reimold is out OBPing and OPSing CC too. I'm pretty sure Dexter Fowler is a rookie and he's outdoing him there as well. Well I took a shot. Guesses are guesses, and I guessed wrong I can say with absolute certainty that he is leading all rookies in BA in the month of August!
