10 Things to do before you get too old

Featured Replies

1. See as many ballparks as possible, if not every single one, hopefully with at least my father and grandfather.

2. Go to Asia.

3. Be the best husband I can (so, it's cheesy, give a guy a break :thumbup)

4. If I have kids, coach their little league or rec league sports teams.

5. Own season tickets to the Marlins, hopefully for the rest of my life.

6. Be able to drink a gallon of water in one sitting.

7. Eat a dinner that costs, maybe, $1,000 for 2 people.

8. Own a big, manly dog.

9. Make enough money so that I don't have to worry about money so much (although I'll probably still be a cheap-ass bastard even if I'm a multimillionaire).

10. Win an award on MB.com

Ive done that one lol. Its not the best feeling.

My list would be way to long to many things id like to do.

You drank the full gallon? I barely got halfway. It was disheartening. I was clearly going to hurl by ounce 80 at the latest (out of 128).

psh i got to start drinking water...

i drink sprite 2 liter's like if they were nothing.

Over the course of a meal and an hour is one thing. I tried doing it in under 12 minutes (what my buddy suggested) and failed miserably.

I also want to do number 1, so far I've been to Tuner, Landshark, Dodger Stadium, PETCO Park, AT&T Park, Oakland Coliseum, Angel Stadium and Tropicana.

I really want to visit Busch Stadium old and new, Yankee Stadium old and new, Camden Yards and Fenway.

I'll probably have 5 since i've had them for the past 5 years. I tried 6 when I did football workouts and I got through half and almost threw up.

I want to do 7 as well, for 8 I'd rather have a golden retriever or Baby Bulldog, everybody wants 9 and I've done 10 :)

Oh my God I love ice cold Sprite.

THE BEST!

Mountain Dew is also up there especially Code Red.

It was a galllon jug, like a milk jug. It was hard but I just kept pushing. I don't know though I've always drank a lot since I was a little kid and I've been drinking a gallon of water throughout the day for about 3 years. Maybe that helped and I had been outside sweating a whole bunch before I did it.

You just have to make sure your near a bathroom for a while because you can't stop going.

And you are?

You know I'm playing but that was just the list of people I was nominated with. We basically started off on these forums together(conversing in the GT's and posting SHAKE N BAKE everytime Baker got a hit with GoFishx2)

Didn't you have you're chance last year?

If not then I don't know how you weren't included this year.

I'm the guy that mopped up the floor after the Marlinsbaseball.com Awards ceramony.

Miller23 got jobbed, but that's another story.

How so?

Haha at least you got to clean up for the winners!

Signed up just a few days before the eligibility period, so he didn't even get a nom, which IMO he certainly deserved, for ROTY.

Oh really that sucks and Most Definitely.

AT least that means he get's the chance to win it next year and his competition at the moment is pretty, how can I say this, there's really no other competition that I can even think of.

Actually, it's the other way around. August 2008 would have been his "rookie year". He basically just ended up in general eligibility this year. I mean, Admin has to draw the timeline somewhere, Miller was just SOL :thumbdown

Bummer and technically he did have a timeline but it wasen't in Miller23's favor.

And we talk about you behind your back all the time M23 :)

I bet it's because I live in Philly.

And I doubt I had a chance to win last year, anyway. Erick would have burned me. I was screwed either way.

Yeah, I know Admin had a timeline. Just like you said though, it wasn't in his favor.

Miller, you know I got much love. ::2x fist bump on chest::

Crap, I can't pull that off.

Not even close.
