enterthemadness
Team is done. Trade Cody and Helms. Call up Maybin. Start Murphy at 3rd. In offseason sign Uggla and Nolasco to 2 or 3 year deals. Fix the damn BP. PLAYOFFS 2011

gizmo
I'm not entirely against bringing Edwin back next year. He's done a decent job for the most part. It's not his fault that we can't put together runs and our defense is abysmal.
HitDaCycle
It's aggrivating...if you want to pay someone to go up there and strike out or fly out, I'll take half of what any of those guys are making! These guys just roll over. They score a little and then that's it. They never add on. The defense is embarrassing and I don't really understand what's going on there. The Marlins have done a 180, this is not the same team that almost swept the Padres. Unfortunately the rain may have had some factor with Anibal. He just didn't look good out there tonight and that started the whole thing, but yet he didn't give up much so we had a good chance to come back. Too bad it just didn't get rained out.. Team plays with a bit more fire under him than Fredi but it's just too much of a hole to climb out of. Fix the BP, Sign Uggla and Nolasco, and Edwin will lead the 2011 Marlins into the Playoffs. On a related note, maybe if Scott stapp sings Mahlins will soar every home game, the Marlins might play better somehow.

Let's at least be spoilers though..nothing else we can do!

I'm sure Uggla listens to it before everygame to pump himself up. As long as thinking about his all star game snub. Everytime Uggla hits a homer against the Phils, I honestly hope he points at the Phils dug out, be damn the fine.
HitDaCycle
I wish Stanton didn't strike out so much. He did hit a home run but he still strikes out a lot. Gaby looked good tonight, had what a 4/4 game?
gizmo
At this point, we may just trade Cody and put Maybin in at center to give him some more ABs against MLB pitchers and just pray he sticks this time. Heck, maybe even do the same for Miller lol.
alejandrasnow
We've played so horribly in the past two games that I'm almost thrilled I'll be missing tomorrow's game due to a freaking test. Crappy fielding, lack of clutch hitting, and subpar starts by our pitchers.

HitDaCycle
At least most of you follow other sports....after the last game..I go dormant until next year. The Marlins is my only sports team..although maybe I'll start following the heat hmm
enterthemadness
I think this was the breaking point for every fan. For me, yes. BUt I love this team so I still be here and root for them, better or worse. If they got Pitt or O's bad, I'll cry myself to sleep every night. I'm not even joking. But I'll stay be here and root for Marlins. I can follow the game on iphone and watch Panthers on tv :o

HitDaCycle
Well I'm off....still games left of the season, still a chance to be spoilers if anything...Marlins need to get it together and continue trying. Who knows, maybe we'll take tomorrow's game. Let's at least avoid the sweep!

I don't feel confident with Volly on the hill, but Roy wasn't shapr in his Phillies debut, so maybe Marlins can get to him.
Piazza31
It'd be nice if the Marlins get desperate and lunge for Dunn, say F defense, and put this lineup out... 1. Hanley SS 2. Gaby 3B 3. Uggla 2B 4. Dunn LF 5. Ross CF 6. Stanton RF 7. Morrison 1B 8. Paulino C 9. Pitcher

I don't know how Id make it through the baseball off season if it weren't for football season. It makes it go by so much faster. You can also always watch winter league baseball on ESPN deportes. I still can't count the fish out but I'm getting close. Right now I'm just hoping they can keep it interesting till football starts. Ugh I hate to say that but it's how I feel right now.
