August 21, 201113 yr I want Maybin back... I always said that trading him away would be stupid.  but we gave him soooo much time! There were people insisting that he wasn't ever going to get any better, or that we didn't have the time to wait for it, and it was just ridiculous. We got good relievers back in the deal so we have had worse trades, but you really have to wonder.... we had no in-house replacement really and although it fixed holes in the bullpen it created a new one.
