December 20, 201114 yr Not sure if this has been posted yet, but what would be your ideal pitching transaction for the 2012 Season? http://www.fishstrip...arket?ref=yahoo
December 21, 201114 yr give me Wandy for Nolasco and a couple of prospects Did that work in a video game or something?
December 21, 201114 yr give me Wandy for Nolasco and a couple of prospects Did that work in a video game or something? I'm Amish. I dunno. [for the record, I meant whoever our top two (or who they see as our top two) prospects]
December 21, 201114 yr The Marlins won't get a starting pitcher of any real value without giving up Morrison. Since the team is Pujols-less, I'd rather keep Morrison in the lineup and try to get Oswalt or Vazquez. Kuroda really interests me, but I think he will cost too much. He's probably the best free agent pitcher still out there.

I don't think he'll be here.

December 21, 201114 yr "Trying to trade for Gonzalez is the Nationals' top priority, says MLB.com's Bill Ladson. According to Ladson, Brad Peacock and Derek Norris are two of the players the Athletics are looking at in a possible four-for-one deal. Nothing is imminent yet, as the Blue Jays and Red Sox are also "heavily in the mix."" - MLBTR looks like the possibility of getting Gio's out the window
December 21, 201114 yr Gio Gonzalez made it clear that his preference would be to be traded to his home of Miami...but wants to go somewhere where he's wanted XM89 -Jim Bowden
December 21, 201114 yr Anyone thinks the marlins are seriously considering trading for gio? With the A's high demands
December 22, 201114 yr Hopefully they're bluffing and they're willing to lower it. Not if people actually bite. Which seems more and more possible every day.
