It isn't. Koehler had like 85 pitches entering the inning. The Marlins have a shaky bullpen and Julio Teheran was leading off the inning. I'm not going to blame Mike Redmond for Tom Koehler not getting the pitcher out. Sometimes it's on the players.

I don't mind getting another inning out of Koehler. Koehler was shit, simple.

At the same time, he's getting hit hard in the sixth and luckily got out of it, then gave up the lead-off double to the pitcher. At that point, do you not go to the bullpen?

Is it really a thin bullpen, though? It's the seventh inning, and we just had the day off yesterday - use Ramos, Dunn, Cishek. Easy enough. *shrug*
