June 4, 201412 yr Starting Realmuto's clock so he could ride the pine is pointless, and the week without playing could potentially stunt the growth he's shown at AA this year (however unlikely that seems). If anything it was just a pointless move. Doesn't it stop if/when he goes back down to the minors?
