Karns and Paxton package would be hard to pass up honestly. I don't like the plan for DD not to be back next year though. A lefty power bat who has the ability to play a bunch of different positions (albeit not well) is hard to come by and given his lack of experience playing everyday at the major league level (Because we are dumb) is going to limit the potential return we receive on him.

November 25, 201510 yr If we could get Paxton and Karns, and thats a big if obviously, we should take that and run. If its one or the other hang up and laugh. Jose Karns Paxton Conley Koehler actually looks really solid to me. Gordon, Yelich, Stanton, Bour, Prado, Dietrich, JT, Hech is pretty solid offensively and defensively as well. I would be in favor if we could get 2 of those starters but no chance if we can only get 1.
