I really hope that's true. But he expects it to be more "substantial" than just a straight up trade. What I'm worried about is who else we're including. I wouldn't be surprised to have it be Kolek.

They aren't taking Trumbo unless Mariners eat a lot of that contract, we talking about the Marlins here. Taijuan or bust. Leverage these talks and see what the Indians want now.

November 25, 201510 yr Sorry to backtrack on yesterday's discussion but how did we suddenly put Dietrich on the "he might not be here next season" list? I know he's not liked but that was a while back already and he survived most of 2015 on the main roster and getting playing time so I figured Loria's hate on Dietrich wasn't so much of an issue anymore. Did something change or was all this just speculation based on the past?
