Arbitration Signings

If Morris is used for middle relief depth I don't have a problem holding on to him. We have Ramos Capps barraclough (and even Ellington) who should all be ahead of him. What sucks is we don't have a good lefty to pitch to LHH.

Arbiter: Let's do this.

Marlins: $3.50

Ramos: $5 million

Marlins: $200 plus this Subway gift card

Ramos: $5 million

Marlins: $500, the Subway gift card, and this Metrorail token

Ramos: $5 million

Marlins: $1000 plus $1 million for each save

Ramos: what? really? that's great, okay! I'll sign.

Marlins: cool, but no Subway card or Metrorail token, deal?

Ramos: deal.

Carter Capps named Marlins closer.

Not sure Barraclough/Ellington are better than Morris.

Why do you think Ellington is so bad? He's only 24. Throws in the high 90s and had decent numbers in the minors. Granted he issued too many walks in his limited appearances in the majors last year but he has a lot of room for improvement. Same with barraclough.

Morris probably is better right now but I think either of those two can improve and be better than Morris even during the course of this season.

Across the board solid numbers. Very surprised Fernandez is so low though. He's the kind of guy you push in arbitration but who knows.

should be due to the low innings of 2015,but it also means Boras agreed it too.
