Very encouraged they won without Stanton. Maybe tinker with yelich having a day off soon.

Give Hech a day off. He hasn't gotten enough of them this year.

a bit nervous for Chen in this park...but the brewers lineup is pretty bad so.....

He survived in Camden Yards for years, he'll be alright.

Wait, was does this even mean bro? Isn't the above statement true for every single player including the best ones? If it doesn't go Phelps' way it clearly shows too.

Yeah, but you don't think it be like it is, but it do.

Don't like Ramos because he appears arrogant and brash. Never met him so maybe I'm wrong. Just rubs me the wrong way. Like papelbon. For the culture of losing stuff, in the end it circles on both the shoddy ownership and in game scenarios where "I have seen this many times before" rears its head

You have a right your opinion, just like I can't stand Tim Duncan which most of my family can't understand.  I can't stand the face he makes every time he has a foul called against him, kinda like the ref must be crazy for calling a foul on the great Tim Duncan.

I do think you're wrong on Ramos though.  I live in his hometown and met him in high school and luckily got to follow him in college since he went to school here in Lubbock too.  He is incredibly competitive and yes, confident.  Both are things I want in a player playing for any team I'm a fan of.  I got to speak to him one time and told him congrats on his success in Miami.  I then also joked that I bet he was glad Stanton was on his team so he didn't have to pitch against him.  He response was something along the lines that he would love to pitch against Stanton because he wants to pitch against the best.  It didn't come across as arrogant at all, just confident and loves the challenge.

But to each his own on who they like and why.

I will say though that you might be a little happier if you didn't always seem to look at things as a glass half empty kind of way.  Instead of being excited for the win last night, the sixth in a row, you were frustrated and critical of the players that struggled instead of being excited about players like Conley, Bour, and Prado.

Thank you for the comment. I believe I was upset last night because of the ninth. It made conleys outing less memorable than it could have. I also believe they are a bit tired. I'm over it but yes yes, bour prado and Conley did very well.
