Pitching > Hitting in First Third of Season

Right now, 53 games in, the Marlins are tied for 12th place in the NL in runs scored.  And tied for 6th place in the NL in runs allowed.  Never would have seen that coming, especially not with so many .300+ hitters in the lineup.

We're not hitting with runners in scoring position, that's why. I'm guessing that will change a bit.

 

I think our starting pitching is a concern though.

 

Yeah. I actually think our offense is considerably better than our starting pitching as a whole. RISP is the problem.
