In many ways, he's right. Though I can also understand any manager who disagrees and would rather manage a championship club every year. But for those who can't, this can be a fun challenge. Both would be paid if fired before the contract is up, but would probably prefer to keep working. In terms of being allowed to keep working, Boone has a short leash while Don has a long one.
