Orange cap was originally destined to be the road cap, [uSER=2328]@SilverBullet1929[/uSER] can you confirm this?

 

Can't confirm it but it kinda makes no sense because that would mean it, "by default", would have been paired with the gray jersey and that seems wrong. I believe it was originally just an alternate to be paired with the orange jersey. 

 

Fyi about the orange cap I think it's days were always numbered as it was never even worn at the 11.11.11 uniform unveiling. How do you unveil your new uniforms and not display one of your new caps? I remember no one knew a thing about the orange cap until merchandise when on sale and people just found it on shelves. To be excluded from day one means that cap was being shunned right from the start.

I have the pictures from the style guide on my computer at home. I know I’ve seen that the orange was listed as a road hat, just don’t remember where.
