March 19, 20197 yr This is an ESPN arricle about what it feels to beMarlins player during this new regime. http://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/26247236/be-miami-marlin-*rolls-eyes-takes-deep-breath*
March 19, 20197 yr It’s definitely weird that the Marlins would get piled on by the national media after not making the playoffs for 15 years and trading the 2017 MVP and the 2018 MVP.
March 19, 20197 yr Is there an echo in here? Or deja vu all over again? Or am I crazy? The three may not be mutually exclusive...
March 19, 20197 yr Is there an echo in here? Or deja vu all over again? Or am I crazy? The three may not be mutually exclusive... There's a glitch in the matrix.
March 20, 20197 yr "About the need to build up a farm system that, even with all the recent trades, is still perceived as one of the weakest in baseball." ... is it really still? I thought we moved to somewhere in the middle. Then again this writer also said the Tigers lost to the Cardinals in six games in 2006 when it was five, so I guess easily searchable things aren't necessary to put effort into. I did very much enjoy the player responses, however. Nobody said "yeah we're going to suck" or "obviously we're going to be great this year and nobody knows it but us," they kept it realistic. I can dig it.
