The good news about the Muts is that while they can talk about being the hottest team in baseball they have mostly faced bad teams since the All-Star break. They have played 21 of 23 vs teams currently under .500. Their record against teams above .500 is 27-38. After us the only bad team they face this month is KC. A month and a half long barrage of good teams will quickly crumble the "hottest team in baseball."
