But imagine if somehow these scrappy group of guys make it to the Post Season and somehow manage to get past the Dodgers and win the NL pennant and with the way the Rays have been playing this year; they definitely have a fair shot at making the WS. Could you imagine a Citrus World Series with Rays vs. Marlins and four shutout losses in a row by the Fish!? Hahaha. Not hating on the fish, been a fish fan 18+ years. Just really frustrated the last couple of nights. Hoping for at least a homer or two for Sunday’s game. 😂

But well, not ready to give up on Marlins’ season just quite yet.. Although I don’t even want to think about next weekend’s series. Hopefully playing in Tampa will make a difference. Otherwise If it’s another weekend like this one. I don’t know how much of that I could watch. 😂

Hoping for at least a homer or two for Sunday’s game. 😂 Revisiting this thread after one week to say: Should the Marlins vs. Rays WS take place this year, however unlikely that may be, after Saturday’s game and to a small extent Friday’s, I can say that more than likely it wouldn’t be a 4-0 sweep. Rays would probably still win the series at the end, but Marlins could get it to possibly 6 games. I know none of that matters, but I just wanted to update my original post.
