After Wednesday night’s game, Gonsolin will go to All Star game with a 2.02 ERA. Sandy is currently at 1.73, making him the only pitcher in the National league with an ERA below 2.00 and second in all of MLB behind Shane McClanahan who has a 1.71 ERA. Gonsolin and McClanahan both pitched Wednesday night, meaning that they most likely will not pitch again before the All Star break. Which means that if on Friday night, Sandy can lower his ERA just by a few points, he has a very very high chance of going into the All Star Game with the lowest ERA in all of baseball. And after Friday’s game, long as he can keep his ERA under 2.02, he still will go to the All Star Game with the best ERA in the NL. Go Sandy! Edited July 14, 20224 yr by SirFishFan
