September 24, 20223 yr Dunno. I just don't get hyped over stuff like this if it's not a player I like. I understand it's history and all that so that's why they show it on other games (nothing new really there as they do it for any player reaching a significant milestone). He didn't break the all-time record or anything so it's not new territory and he just hasn't been as exciting of a player as someone like Bonds was and his best years were a long time ago. He's just playing out the string now in the twilight of his career. I cheered for Miggy getting his earlier this year but that was because he was once a Marlin. Oh well.
