When will we know how serious it is?

There are exceptions, but in general a forearm injury or elbow sprain is a precursor to surgery. So it is likely a matter of when not if, unfortunately.

So all the good pitchers got elbow injuries!?

Sandy, eury, max, braxton, ronny. Dax fulton twice, Aidan may, luzardo twice,. That's just off the top of my head, but pretty much yes. It is around 50% for the league and climbing every year.

Nothing happened in the minors then something happened after the MLB debut, maybe he try to do too much in that game.

Or they made hide the pain until they can go on the IL with a major league salary
