This D-Backs lineup reminds me of the Marlins from like 3 or 4 years ago. 1 star player. 4 or 5 decent players. 3 or 4 absolute black holes. Unless all of the decent players are hot at the same time, this is an easy lineup to navigate for most pitching staffs.

Marsee with a clutch hit! He has a surprisingly good slash line with RISP.

.270/.472/.405/.877. Better than than now after the single.

BTW, if Mack got hurt, would Hicks catch? We would literally lose the DH.

I mean I suppose at this point it would not be the end of the world considering we have a full bench and are already into the pen.

Apparently Fairbanks throwing a bunch of pitches last night doesn't matter.

I think it was 2 nights ago.

Whoops.

Well, he got the job done with a clean inning.

It's amazing that we're only 2 games out of the wild card. This season has seemed hopeless at times. I guess winning 8 of our last 9 helps. LOL
