3 hours ago3 hr Just got to get something off my chest. I have been critical of Clayton this year. Recently, I have been critical of the lineup construction. I think it's stupid to put your 3 best hitter right now (Heriberto, Conine, Mack) 3,6,9 today. However, in the post game interview, Clayton tried to be positive and a lot of people were pissed at him. What do they want him to do, panic? Tell people that there is no hope and that the team has given up? Honestly, being positive is the right move and it is what the team needs right now. Pressing in a slump doesn't help you get out of it. I'm not gonna support everything that he does, but I respect him for not falling into doomer negativity.
