isnt it amazing that Changes was an unreleased song and only added to a best of collection after he was dead? im not sure but i think it was because the row couldnt get clearance from the original song that was sampled...

You're not even into rap so it rules out your bias opinion on a rap song that message is as good as the song.

I don't think Changes will win cuz I don't think it will pick up votes from the other songs that are eliminated but we will see. It's a great song.

Changes is definitely not the best song of all time, but it's still a great song and by far the best song among this list, so it gets my vote.

Yeah, I'd agree with that, I actually am not sure it is even Pac's best song. Of course i don't think come as you are is Nirvana's best song and MJ's best song wasn't Billie Jean IMO. You could probably argue that none of those song's are the artist's or band's best. Honestly, I've never even heard Believe I don't think because I have never heard of Savatage.
