If its Scalia or Thomas then there would be another vacancy. For some reason I think Roberts is going to get the role as CJ. Mainly because he's the only person the two sides can agree on. There's also talk of Sanda Day O'Connor coming back to the court and fill the CJ void.

I have three gas stations at the same corner next to my house. Exxon at $3.05, Marathon at $3.05, and $2.79 at the Shell. Oddly enough, Exxon and Shell had no lines and Marathon had 3-4 cars in queue.
