Hey you guys were discussing whether we would trade for Palmeiro a couple of days ago, I think that is way more farfetched.

Well, I was thinking. The marlins want to get rid of D. Lee but they could also use a reliable pitcher in the bullpen. So I said why not kill 2 birds with 1 stone. So what do you think of this trade with the Orioles? Orioles get: D. Lee and maybe a prospect or two. Marlins get: J. Conine and Pat Hentgen/Kerry Ligtenberg Ligtenber and Hentgen are reliable and have playoff experience so getting one of them would really help us I think. and Conine can take over first base until one of our 1st base prospects are ready. I know I'm probably just dreaming but I think this would be a great trade for the marlins, and I've heard that the orioles are trying to get rid of some of their older pitchers, and they definetly have the money to resign Lee. What do you think?

Yeah I got that e-mail back from brighthouse too. I know there are more people out there that want to see the fish in florida, that live in areas that don't carry the fish, so hopefully we can band together to make a difference. :thumbup And if there are any others that live in florida and are without marlins baseball, let us know.

That's good to see, we have a very young team and we need guys like that. Who would of thought that getting Redman instead of Colon was the best thing that could have happened to us. Redman has been huge for us.

Thats good i Live down here because with out Marlins on TV it woud be boring! You people cant see any more baseball games?? Nope, I don't get any marlins games here unless they play the d-rays or braves. I got to watch them over the weekend cuz they played the d-rays. It was like christmas. lol

Well brighthouse doesn't carry fsn at all, and Pax only carries rays baseball.

You think you've got it bad. I'm from brevard county, and we had marlins spring training for 8 years, and we don't have marlins baseball at all. I only get to see them if they play the braves or devil rays. I'll help you out cuz I can really sympathise.

Have you noticed, Cabrera's first 4 hits. HR, triple, single, double. He's done it all.

I have noticed this too each year at the beginning of the season it looks like Castillo is carrying too many pounds but it seems to get better as the season goes on. I think that's kind of silly though, his job is to play baseball he should always keep himself in tip-top shape.

This trade would never happen, and I don't think it would benefit either team.

Vina is not out for the season. He will be back in a month or two. I doubt they'll go for a guy as expensive as castillo, and a guy that they would have to give up a lot to get.

I was very impressed by Klitschko his eyelid was split in half and he trudged on and was still kickin Lewis' a**. I didn't know who to root for at the start, but by the end Klitschko had won me over. I hate to see it end like that, but it was an entertaining fight. I don't think Lewis showed much class after the fight either.
