Hawk routinely gives credit to the Twins, and calls out Sox players if they make a mistake. He'll whine about bad calls (if it is a bad call for sure) but I don't like it if he keeps whining about it later in the game. Hawk is not a propoganda machine. He's just a really biased southern Sox fan.
