I wonder why it happened,i guess the mets.vs.sanfransisco,and colorado.vs.montreal games are gonna be canceled. ??? first, the Colorado/Montreal series ended last night 2nd, even if there was a game tonight, it would be on since Montreal and all of Quebec has power.

I always liked Mordy as a bench player here in Montreal. Never spectacular, but he always seems to win you a game or 2 on his own every year.

David Manning has nothing. He pitched against the Spos last Saturday and he showed me absolutely NOTHING that was MLB quality. He doesn't throw hard, doesn't have any pitch that is good and his control was awful. Marlins should crush him for sure.

I think it's a good deal for the Yanks. Benitez will choke down the stretch and in the playoffs. It's pretty much a foregone conclusion. He doesn't have the balls to pitch in pressure situations. Nelson has come through in these situations for them for awhile. He knows how to deal with that kind of pressure. Most importantly, the Yanks CORRECTED the mistake of getting Benitez in the first place...
