The Panthers really got jobbed IMO. Because they won top picks in '02 and '03 (and traded them away to move down a spot or two), they lose 2 balls because of it. Look at the teams who also have 1 ball, all those teams are consistent playoff teams the last few years while the Panthers haven't made them.
