I think they should have been named Miami from the start. I do not like when they are named after the state. When teams have a city name it is more clear where they are from.

That was a nice surprise for me this morning when I woke up! I had to call it a night before the game is over. It was almost like waking up on christmas morning when you are a kid.

Did the Marlins have a prospect a few years ago named JIMMY JOURNELL? If not, does anyone know who had him? I thought he was a Marlin, I may be wrong.

I was upset when you guys beat us (Phillies) back in september, but I am glad Atlanta is out of it and you guys have a chance to give it to the Yankees. Lets go for a sweep!!!

The Marlins knocked the Phils out of the playoffs, how about that. I'm not bitter though, the phils improved alot this season. Now I am rooting for the Marlins to go all the way. Good Luck

As a philies fan I was really disapointed with the Phils losing. But if we lose the wild card to you guys, I would not be all that upset. Just promise me one thing, if you make it to the playoffs, sweep the Braves out of it. That is if the wild card team plays the braves, I am not sure. How does that work? who plays who?
