Everyone is talking about this team
Unfortunately, now they will all be talking about the Angels.

C.J. Wilson to Angels
He's not coming, if he was, he would have signed here already. This is looking like the whole pujols deal all over again! He met with both teams tonight. Give the man a chance to sleep on it before expecting him to make a life-changing decision like this, especially since it is a conflict of interests between money and location.

C.J. Wilson to Angels
Everywhere I'm reading is that a 6-year deal for CJ Wilson is too much. So, why do we want him to sign it? I am a fish fan with blinders on, and therefore have not seen any of Wilson before due to lack of paying attention to the rest of the league.

C.J. Wilson to Angels
Why is CJ tweeting when he should be signing?

AnishESPN: The Marlins' offseason reminds me of one of those TV shows where a family wins the lottery but then blows all their money.

Pujols to Angels
Why all the hate for Albert Pujols in this topic?

C.J. Wilson to Angels
If C.J. Wilson wanted to sign with the #Angels all along, then the market has unfolded in a manner that will afford him that opportunity -Jon Morosi

C.J. Wilson to Angels
Belief is cj wants to go west (angels) but marlins very aggressive. Angels very practiced at finishing 2nd. - Jon Heyman

jcrasnick: I'm hearing that C.J. Wilson's decision is pretty much down to the #Angels and #Marlins.

. . . Soooo . . . Hanley and 3B?
I think he's just mad that he's making less money than Reyes, regardless of position.

Mark Buehrle, Marlins agree to 4 year/$58 million contract
BNightengale: Mark Buehrle could fall right into the #Nationals' laps if C.J. Wilson goes to #Marlins. Nationals badly want the #WhiteSox veteran

Nolan Ryan just told me he expects CJ Wilson and Mark Buehrle to sign with someone other than #Rangers. - Jon Morosi

. . . Soooo . . . Hanley and 3B?
Source: Hanley Ramirez's rep asked the Marlins for a restructured deal. MIA upset with this, will now be looking to trade Hanley -Buster Olney

Mark Buehrle, Marlins agree to 4 year/$58 million contract
i heard buehrle wants a no trade clause and obviously marlins will not give it to him No one else will give it to him either, unless they are truly nuts.

C.J. Wilson to Angels
You guys are ridiculous. 10 years for Pujols is fine but 6 for Wilson is crazy? They're overpaying Wilson, but they were grossly overpaying Pujols - and his contract was potentially more detrimental. 10 years for Pujols was never fine.

C.J. Wilson to Angels
Karl Ravech tweeted about the Marlins offering CJ Wilson a 6-year deal three hours before everyone else started reporting it, so maybe he knows something.

C.J. Wilson to Angels
#rangers people were debating whether to go to 5 yrs for wilson. They likely would, but that won't beat #marlins' reported 6 -Jon Heyman

C.J. Wilson to Angels
Are they panicking by going to 6 years? I think so. With the Pujols thing collapsing, they are desperate for that "third piece" they talked about and want to get something to announce sooner rather than later. I think your counting Bell as the first piece. I am counting Reyes, and two of Pujols, Wilson, Buerhle. The Marlins are the one who counted Bell as the first piece.

C.J. Wilson to Angels
Albert Pujols was just playing us for more money, now if CJ Wilson somehow turns down a 6-year deal to go to the Rangers or Angels...maybe we're not the hot free agent destination we thought we were.
