While I love the fact that America is a melting pot, and that everyone wants to come here for a better life.... the fact is that illegal immigration squanders chances for Americans to have jobs in their own homeland. And I cant say I blame the supervisors. Hell an illegal immigrant will work a helluva lot cheaper than most Americans would.

Al Sharpton is a very smart man, but he needs to realize that the race card didnt work for Jesse Jackson, and it wont work for him either. If he wants racial barriers to be broken, he needs to quit plugging them every chance he gets. Period. Al Sharpton needs to realize that he isnt just a black man beating the system, he's a man trying to make this country better. I think he could do it honestly, but as long as he focuses solely on racial issues, then Hes never getting my vote.

I would like to go on record and say that I support a full out military offensive against North Korea. While I think they're talking a lot of trash to try to scare us, i do believe that they have the capabilities that they claim to have. I mean come on. Why else would you openly bait the United States like that?Saddaam used it as a scare tactic. That old fool didnt have the weaopnry to take out his own country, let alon ours. But in the case of Korea, I think its very different. Il isnt just running his mouth just to show off. He wants us to be scared, and in turn, he wants us to attack him so that he can bomb us. Korea does in fact have the capability to inflict a huge blow to our west coast. But is that all they have? I think that we should kick down the door of that country and give that fool the fight that hes looking for before he has the ability to do even mor damage. But hey, thats just my opinion.

I agree with Brian here. The constant comparisons of anyone the Government wants us to hate to Hitler is asinine. THAT my friend is propaganda. What better way to convince some simple minded cretin to believe what you want them to believe about an adversary than comparing said adversary to the most ruthless dictator of the modern era? I didnt mean to place the blame solely on the fans, i apologize if it came across that way. But you do have to admit, a lot of fans are quick to abandon their beloved home teams after 1 or 2 seasons of mediocrity. hell, the Braves fans dont ever come to NLDS games, and theyve won 11 straight division titles. Thats just SAD man.

I strongly disagree. The divisional system is working very well. Everyone knows that some divisions are tougher than others. And you know why? Most of these teams have really low fan support , which in turn means less money made by the franchise, which in turn means they dont have the cash to ink any big name players. You want to blame the weaker divisions on someone? Blame the fans in those respective cities. Period. If those people would support their team and contribute to revenue, maybe this problem wouldnt be affecting us. And if you dont want to blame it on the fans.... point fingers at the big market teams with the loose pursestrings. They shell out ungodly amounts of money for players. Amounts that a team like the tigers,royals, or twins cant compete with. And just for the record, the Twins arent a joke man. Theyre for real. They were in the ALCS in 02.

Im a Braves fan, but I do have to admit, all around Juan Pierre is a much better weapon than Andruw. If we're talking about strictly defense, Andruw blows him away. But when it comes down to it, Juan Pierre brings so much more to the table in the role that he plays. Andruw is a very solid player, but I have to say that Pierre is the best Centerfielder in the game today. Bar None

Vlad is definitely gonna add some much needed pop to the Angels lineup, theyre a huge threat now
