From Yahoo! Sports

The Colorado Rockies look to post just their third series win of the season as they face the visiting Florida Marlins in the finale of their three-game set.

Colorado's other two series wins also came at Coors Field. The Rockies won two out of three from Arizona, and took two out of three from Los Angeles.

Tuesday's 13-10 win gave the Rockies the opportunity to win another series.

Jeromy Burnitz, Charles Johnson and Matt Holliday hit consecutive home runs to start the fourth inning, marking the second time in franchise history the Rockies hit back-to-back-to-back homers.

``We've been taking some beatings in the last few days and to give up a lot of runs and to battle back (Tuesday night). It's emotional,'' said Burnitz, who also homered in the second inning.

Burnitz also threw out two runners at the plate from the outfield in the fifth inning.

``It seemed like arena football,'' Colorado manager Clint Hurdle said. ``That's vintage Coors Field right there where the last bucket wins.''

Florida will be trying to avoid its first back-to-back series losses this season, as it came into this matchup having lost two of three at Atlanta this past weekend.

The five home runs the Marlins allowed Tuesday were a single-game franchise record. However, Marlins' skipper Jack McKeon said there were other reasons for the team's inability to hold a 3-0 lead in Tuesday's loss.

``I told our guys that it was those other things, not the home run that beats you here,'' McKeon said. ``They hit five home runs, but it was the walks, singles and a double that got us.''

Miguel Cabrera went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs in Tuesday's defeat, while Luis Castillo had two hits to become the first Marlins player to reach 1,000.

My prediction: Hee Seop Choi hits six homers proving he can hit southpaws when Vlad tries pitchign lefthanded just for the hell of it. Beckett eats his spinach and throws a perfect game. One of curveballs is put past Aebischer at the hockey arena.
