Ashton Kutcher has annoyed yet another celebrity with his Punk'd prank.

 

Kutcher, whose antics reportedly led to a violent reaction from members of the Black Eyed Peas' entourage in a makeshift brothel last month, has now upset New York Yankees baseball ace Alex Rodriguez.

 

Last year in December, Rodriguez was dining with his wife at a restaurant in Los Angeles when a waiter posing as a loudmouth Boston Red Sox fan provoked the sportsman.

 

"The waiter basically called A-Rod a loser who had never been on a winning team," Teen Hollywood quoted a source as saying.

 

The prank soon became very dicey and, after the gag was exposed, Rodriguez refused to sign a release form and also insisted that the tape be destroyed.

 

"It was a good idea. It was just bad timing," said Rodriguez. (ANI)

The thing I don't think people "get" is the fact that these celebrities get this kind of crap all the time. For real. People bothering them while they're eating, paparazzi following them, and just people being a**holes in general.

 

I don't think punk'd is that funny. It's a status thing, which is why 99% of the time, those celebs allow it to be used (basically, if you're on punk you're a real celebrity; kind of). I liked it a lot better early on when they pulled this crap on real people and got sued.

 

I hate getting hassled. I hate it at work, I hate it when bums approach my car. I hate when morons on campus give me flyers to rock shows I don't want to see. And I'm just a normal guy. Now, multiply it a million times and you've got the s*** celebs have to go through. And, you have to take into account, it's WORSE for a sports celeb because they get more negative reactions than tv or movie stars.

At least on Jackass when they do this stuff they're genuinely showing affection by doing it (and the other person is usually a willing participant). And by showing affection, I mean Ryan Dunn wouldn't punch his buddy Raab for doing something like throwing dust on his face (antiqueing) if they weren't good friends and knew each other intimately (good friends, perverts). And Raab wouldn't have thrown the dust on Dunn's (called: antiqueing) face if he didn't know he wouldn't take it too seriously and get THAT mad.
