New record

Featured Replies

A lot of members weren't part of it because it was mostly really guests. The record should go according to the most MEMBERS on at one time...not active users.

I'm not on the list...I'm surprised.

But there were only 70 members on at that time. There are times where we have more members on the boards but this is the time when we had the most users but the members are what really counts. Guests can't post.

Thank you for the analysis!

oo, i know why.

people all across the US watching a baseball game or using a sports ticker heard of d-train's perfect game going thru six innings (much like we all heard about RJ's perfect game-in-progress while watching a marlins game). so they go on google, find the #1 most balla marlins fan site, and go there to see what's goin on (since they obviously cant watch the game).

that's why most of the people online were anonymous users--not members of the site.

the board keeps em logged on for up to 1 hour, so if we hit the max at 4 pm, you can bet people started pouring in around 3 pm.
