Calgary:One win away from CUP

Featured Replies

What a close one huh? Im hoping Calgary ends this series on game six. I really dont wanna see tampa win that cup before the panthers.

And anyways who can resist goin for the underdog?

Go Calgary!

Go Flames! Everyone will be rocking red shirts at Calgary for Game 6 like the rest of the playoffs.

Yea calgary has some loud fans. its one of the best atmospheres to be in. all the momentum is there for calgary just put the effort they had tonight and thenbreak out the champagne!!!

The Saddledome is going to be an absolute madhouse for Game 6. The Lightning better score first.

well lets hope not! GO CALGARY!!!!!

Has any player in the history of the game been on a tear in the playoffs like Iginla? The guy is almsot good for a goal and an assist a game. Absolutley sick...

:notworthy :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy

Iginla is a freak. This guy will have 2 or 3 guys draped on him and he'll still somehow get a shot off. One of the best players I've seen, about the same level as Sergei Federov 3 or 4 years ago. When this guy's career is over I think he will be looked at as one of the best to play the game.

Like I told all you "Lightning Fans," Calgary owns their asses. Kipusroff is a great goaltender (Not better than Luongo though), Iginla is a great leader who can get physical and score, and the Flames just flat out work harder then the Lightning. That team looks listless most of the time.

BTW: I know some Lightning fans who do not apprieciate what Rick Dudley or Tortarella have done for them. Thats part of the reason why I hate most Lightning fans and all the others are bandwagoners who are there to watch "Vinny, Brad, and Marty."

There all fruits IMO.

I still don't get how people consider Calgary to be the underdog? All these people rooting for them strips them of that title.

the underdog isnt the team that people root against really, its the team thats not suppose to win.

like in the NBA finals, if your not a laker fan chances are you hate their guts and wish detroit would pull it off but Detroit is still the underdog.

exactly

just like the heat were the underdogs against Indy and the marlins were most of last season.

The Calgary Flames play in the Penngrowth Saddledome (aka the Pringle) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, North America, Earth, Milky Way.
