when i went to the series last week, i noticed cabrera had the biggest fan base..

the most player jerseys in the audience were of cabrera, #20 and #24..

he also got the most applause when he went up to bat..

though when i went to see dontrelle pitch, 24,000 were 'in' attendance..

as opposed to 14K and 15K the two nights before.

and cabrera seems to do well with the ladies too! :thumbup

i'm a dontrelle willis fan myself..

and on this site i've seen quite a few names geared towards dontrelle, as well as avatars, and a bunch of benitez..

i don't know. i guess i just made this cause i felt like it, and want to see what other peoples perception is on who is #1, fan-wise.

I like Cabrera and Lowell

Did you notice that whenever Cabrera makes a good play and when he comes up to bat, you hear a lot more young girls screaming in the cheers? :lol

I personally am a Lowell & Conine fan myself.

Mike Lowell

No question.

Mike Lowell

No question.

No, Cabrera is easily the most popular player on the team. He is the Ladies' Man, and always recieves the biggest ovations.

I personally am a Lowell & Conine fan myself. yeah it's awesome. they make me want to stand up and scream like a little girl too.

and i do.

but that's cause it's in the moment.

LOL Max always says he feels like if *NSYNC just walked into the field.

It's really ridiculous. The other day Lowell struck out to end the inning, and a girl behind me screamed "Ohhhh Miguelito, c'mon". Kinda silly.

Not that ladies can't hit or anything... :shifty

JP and Lowell are my favorite players.

She wasn't wrong, just you aren't used to hearing it.

Miguel Cabrera is only more popular because of the 12 year old girls

Mikey is still the man on the team. Pierre gets plenty of attention too, and the stadium seems to respond well to Hee Seop and Niner.

My 11 yr old Sister is already gettin all her friends hooked on him.

:(

I love me some JP

Lowell and Beckett :thumbup

Manzanillo by Far. No doubt about it

Misread your post then.

Kinda. I mean, I knew Michael meant Miguel, but the whole damn stadium calls Cabrera, Miguelito, even people like myself who don't speak Spanish :lol

Mikey should be the most popular player easily, but I guess he just isn't as cute as that other guy.

He's the hometown hero, the best player, and has been around for years. Gotta love him!

Lowell I think is with a lot of the fan base, but then there's Cabs Ill say tie

Pavano, Conine and A Gon are my favorites all for different reasons.

D-Train is the coolest marlins though.

I like Penny and Lowell the best

all the older ladies like lowell, and most of the long time marlin fans like lowell and conine alot
