Congrats JP on a new career high 3 homers

Featured Replies

JP's monster shot tonight is a new career high for him with 3 homers in a season and he's also the first Marlins player to hit a home run at Petco Park. It was hilarious watching him round the bases and then they showed a clip of the dugout and all the guys in the dugout like Lowell, AJ, etc. were laughing, it was great haha.

Congrats JP :lol

I saw a JP billboard on the Gratigny Expressway today while returning to Cape Coral from visiting my grandaunt in Hialeah.

*GO JP*

For those who don't know, the Gratigny is also known as the Marlins Expressway and it was quite funny it was a picture of him running after he hit his homer in 2003 against the Pirates.

He's only 27 and still growing into his power. Maybe he'll reach a half-dozen one year. :lol

What a shot that was. It was a no doubter. I'll bet all the whiney Padres (Klesko, Giles, Long, etc..) feel pretty stupid right now for complaining all year long... haha...

And it's just funny that it happened in one of the most pitcher-friendly parks in all of baseball rather than a place like Coors :D .

JP was swinging the bat real nice tonight. He had several solid swings. Nice to see him get it going........and hopefully he will get in a groove like he had in April.

Oh, and that stolen base was nice to see as well.

It was useless. The JUMP, now that was nice to see. That's what he needs to consistently steal again.
