September 25, 200421 yr After tonight's game I must say it's a sad world where Juan Encarnacion has more World Series rings than Barry Bonds. 571173 Nate Bump also has more rings than Barry Bonds :lol .
September 27, 200421 yr Any team but the Cubs. I want the Astros to get the WC because they're in the Cubs' division and it'll be more heartbreaking for them.
September 27, 200421 yr Yeah I hope the Astros sweep the Cardinals and their next opponent and get in only so the Cubs and their fans will be pissed.. Ahahahahahah!!
September 30, 200421 yr Cubs lose two in a row. 576534 Astros sweep the Cards while the Cubs lose 2 in a row. Sweet. The Giants* have to lose tonight, that way the Astros will be in the lead. Astros play the Rockies, while the Giants play the Dodgers and the Cubbies play Atlanta. Not bad.... Go Astros!
September 30, 200421 yr Cubs lose two in a row. 576534 Astros sweep the Cards while the Cubs lose 2 in a row. Sweet. The Ginats have to lose tonight, that way the Astros will be in the lead. Astros play the Rockies, while the Giants play the Dodgers and the Cubbies play Atlanta. Not bad.... Go Astros! 576718 I don't think I like that.... Sucks that the Giants have the toughest schedule of all 3 teams to close out the season... But this will show why the Giants belong in the postseason, while the Cubs and Astros don't.
September 30, 200421 yr I'd rather see the Astros win, but geez just keep the Cubs out!! The Cubs are REALLY choking, having lost 4 out of 5 to the lowly Mutts and Redleggers.
September 30, 200421 yr LoFreakinL.. This is great! 576757 I'll bet you're enjoying this. That's OK. If the Giants end up making it into the postseason, let's see if they can repeat the 2002 NLCS.... :whistle
September 30, 200421 yr Yeah, good job not including the Astros. They're only leading the thing :plain

September 30, 200421 yr Yea I hope the Astros get in to. That would be so hilarious seeing the team that was crowned WS champs by most at the start of the year not even make the playoffs.. Amazing!
September 30, 200421 yr Astros 89-70 3 Cubs 88-70 4 Giants 88-70 4 It's gonna tight one. If Giants & Cubs win today. Three way tie.
September 30, 200421 yr - Astros @ Home for the last 3 games. Astros have a good chance to sweep the Rockies - SF @ LA. Thought series. No way they sweep LA at home. LA only need to win one game here. - Cubs home against Atlanta. Not easy series with the Cubs doing what they do best lately, and that is to choke. It is in the best interest of Atlanta to win and burry the Cubs (Atlanta doesn't match well against the Cubs). No resting players here for Bobby Cox Astros win
September 30, 200421 yr Unfortunately, it's looking like the Astros have the best shot here.... HOWEVER.. to quote a common cliche, that's why they play the games... It should be an exciting weekend. I don't know how much more of this I can take though.

September 30, 200421 yr Author It is, in fact, looking good for the Astros. Maybe I should have included them... HOWEVER, we all know that the Astros hitters are the biggest chokers this side of the Chicago Cubs and the Buffalo Bills. Maybe that only kicks in for the playoffs, maybe it kicks in now. We'll see.
September 30, 200421 yr Wrigley Field is stunned as the Reds take the last 2 games in 12 innings by one run each.. Cubs drop 3/4 to Cincy.. Ahahahahah :lol
