Either way I rather be one of the greatest QBs of all time and have every passing record that exists than play for a few years have a great year and win a superbowl

I'm a Marino fan, so I'd rather see a possible future HOF'er like Manning break the record. Warner was just an example, but I mentioned him because he got close to Marino's record. I could have also said Daunte Culpepper or Trent Green, or someone else who is in a favorable offense, who while they are good players (particularly Culpepper if you want to nitpick examples), certainly not HOF's. I'm not saying Peyton is one, but he's been a top 5 QB in the league the last few years.

Vick is awesome b/c of his running ability but if he keeps up like this hes going to have a short career taking big hits. If he becomes more of a mcnabb and becomes more of a passer than just a scrambler he will have a longer career but wont be as dominating
