Castillo loses All Star Bid

Featured Replies

Boston catcher Jason Varitek and Milwaukee outfielder Geoff Jenkins are each headed to their first All-Star Game next Tuesday in Chicago, thanks to fans who spoke loudly and often in the etopps All-Star Final Vote that concluded today.

Varitek and Jenkins will each fill the 32nd and final roster spots in the American and National Leagues, respectively, after three days of extremely close races

Im glad Jenkins got in... he is having an awesome year

sad part is that the Brewers have more all stars than the Fish right now

not for long , cuz Willis ganna go cuz Brown might not go and if anyone gets hurt ( as in position player ) Baker said he will take a C that mean Pudge..

If a positional player gets hurt, Pudge ain't goin wither. Benito Sentiago will go... :banghead

Impressive, Luis Castillo came in DEAD LAST

why wasnt Pudge up there

meh

Good for Luis! He gets a break so he can rest up for our roaring second half.

Theres always a silver lining ;)

this is total garbage....Ok i can understand why louis didnt make it,ok im over it...but damn last place, what the hell happened!?!?! I know i voted as many times as humanly possible and im sure all of you guys did the same, i guess there was no other support from our so called marlins fans out there.

aweeeeeeeee and i thought me voting 70 times 4 louie and Capes 500 times voting and our own louie voting 600 times could get him in.....

damn Brewer Fan beat us.....

Almost anybody in baseball that didn't have a player from their team on the list voted for Geoff Jenkins, because he deserved it most. I just don't know how Luis slipped to LAST!?

cuz we didnt do our job i only voted 70 times and Louie voted 600 and Cape 500

we should have voted a 1000 times each and single handly we would have had louie in the game......

I am so ashamed of myself lmao

If you vote a 1,000 times, you should win a gold medal.

I knew he wouldn't win. I voted my one time.

"Trader" cough cough

Somehow I think you meant "traitor" :mischief2

thats ridiculous that luis got last place, fans did a bad job of voting, my opinion, should of gone like this, Geoff Jenkins, Luis, Cabrera, lofton, santiago..........maybe swap luis and cabrera.........fans are stupid........let me specify...."fans" as in people who only know stuff about their team, and that said, still dont even know as much as people like us know..........dipite the fact that most of the stuff said on this board is BS..haha :D
