February 11, 200521 yr I'm sure everyone remembers old Richy. Who on the team best represents the role that Renteria played? Who is most deserving of his nickname? I'd say Damion Easley.
February 11, 200521 yr Author What is with all these threads u make? 682636 I don't understand... Because I go against the grain, and actually post something that I want to talk about, rather than copying and pasting news articles and discussing overplayed issues?
February 11, 200521 yr Theres always atleast one person bashing a thread they didnt make, theres usually something wrong with every threa acording to someone or another...
February 11, 200521 yr Back on topic....I'll vote for Easley. He's a great player to have on the bench
February 11, 200521 yr I love Damion Easley, i was excited when they signed him last year and i'm glad they resigned him. I even have his song as my ringtone(i really hope he doesn't change it this year.)
February 11, 200521 yr If one or both make the team, I'll go with the two Josh's: Willingham and Wilson.
February 11, 200521 yr lol, I remember the secret weapon. I'd have to say Easley fits that role nicely.
February 11, 200521 yr Jeff Conine, because Renteria used to pinch hit. What did Damion Easley have, one all last season? He might not even have had one. Ahh Rich Renteria, I used to love that guy.

February 11, 200521 yr Author Dontrelle Willis :thumbup :thumbup 683010 Good choice. But he has received a lot of publicity as a hitter, so pitchers give him curves and sliders.
February 14, 200521 yr gotta go with easley. but there will never be another like rich renteria. i remember some game i went to vs. the phillies, back in `94 - the phils got 4 off of pat rapp in the 1st two innings but we ended up coming back 8-7 or 9-8 - renteria got the walk-off hit. it was SWEET. p.s. that was the last time the phillies were any good
