February 12, 200521 yr Hey Everyone.. I just got back from the Fan Fest. I had such a great time I had the VIP passes so I was in the tunnel the whole time! The players I saw today were- Conine, Lowell, Delgado, Pierre, Harris, Kensing, Wayne, AJ, Bump and a few others! I also saw AJ's son Ashton... he was so cute! My parents and I stood in the line to get into the 2nd press conference (2pm) for almost 2 hours but it was worth it. We were the second one in line We got front row seats! Dawson, Perez, Pierre, Deldado, Samson, Beinfest and Loria were there I was wearing my teal Jersey with a white long sleeved shirt under it.. did anybody see me? :lol I took a ton of Pictures.. February 12, 200521 yr AJ was great. One mom asked if there was any advice from any of the players for her son who wanted to be a pitcher. AJ made a point to advise him not to start throwing breaking balls until he was in high school. Just stick with the 2 and 4 seam fast ball he said. Too many kids are throwing their arms out early. Jokingly, he also advised to get Tommy John surgery early.

This was at 10 and the line was even longer behind me. They are going to have to make room in that case. That is not me, but a guy standing behind me in line who wanted a pic of the ring. Samson was nice enough to stop by and chat for a few minutes. This is my personal favorite! A picture with my All Time favorite Marlin I know these pictures are big and I think Admin is going to kill me... :hanged
