D-Train35
Did anyone else get that eeiry feeling watching the team charge out of the dugout to greet Dillon at home plate...just like all those games in the 2nd half of the 2003 season into the playoffs! Is anything more exciting than to see the Fish celebrating like that at the end of the game? And if I'm not mistaken, haven't we been trailing in all of the last 6 games? MiRi
I know what you mean. That little celebration brought back a lot of good memories.
MarlinatPenn
Two years ago at this point we were 10 games under. This year we're 10 games over! But yeah, the Dillon HR the other day, and then today's HR by Easley and double by Delgado were definitely 2003-esque. FreshFish
This team is building momentum and gaining confidence. It's way too early, but I like what I'm seeing

FishFan24
Shades of 2003 without the firing of a manager, hiring of a new manager, being 10 games out. But atleast the beating of the Phillies still remains

Having to deal with playing these guys 19 games a year.

Hollyberry
Right after Delgado hit that game winning Double I said to my mom that this feels like 2003 all over again.. The crowd was going crazy, it sounded like 40k were at the game... When Easley hit that homer in the 9th my dad just stood there in shock :lol  GO MARLINS!
