June 14, 200521 yr I watched him pitch against the Blue Jays and Roy Halladay. He is pretty damn good at getting outs and making his pitches. I think tomorrow will be a pitching duel.

Last night I was looking at the match up for washington, atlanta, and us, I said to myself, washington is due for a loss, texas is due for a win, and we have the D-train on the mound, so we should win, thats the first time I got it right, (I must be getting good) :cool I hope im right tonight. :thumbup
June 14, 200521 yr Mitre's alright. My friend, who is a major Cubbies fan, says he "sucks", but I guess if you give up 1 run, you suck according to Cubbies fans. I'm not to worried about him as long as we have patience at the plate and use our heads. I think we'll get some runs off of him.
June 14, 200521 yr The word on him is that he has an excellent sinking fastball and is a groundball pitcher. We need to be patient with him.
