first of all when you say keep your trap shut. first of all every single one of us are human and we do tend to talk. thats just it none of just shut up, we all do talk.

 

and the context was. a friend of mine was sitting behind me it was the last 5 minutes of class (1:05) so we were already done with our work we were just waiting out the bell. and my friend behind me says, " hey julian do you still talk to vanessa ---- from last year. and i replied with no man, that girl thinks that i am the biggest b*tch" thats it and thats all i said. it was not directed to the teacher or to any other student. i was telling a kid something from the past.

i remember getting kicked out of my 7th grade science class every once in a while because i was always arguing with the dude. now that i think about it the he was a pretty good teacher. ive said and seen worse(im sure everybody has). i remember in highschool once this dude almost hit the teacher when she took his CIGARS away (he was a freshman), his friends held him back though. sophomore year the student literally fought with the P.E teacher after he slammed his cd player on the track. a teacher walked in on a girl doing certain "favors" for this dude in the stair case (i know thats not in class, but its a pretty funny story)

Belen, where if you curse its ok (most teachers curse back) but you do anything else wrong and you die.

I can't really say. Of course, I have to be one of those people that has to look at the situation from both sides. It really depends on what happened.

but its not that this teacher backed down its that i had something on her that she and the administration said they werent gonna mess with me and throw me out for saying b*tch in a private conversation.

 

i could've gotten her in some big s***, but thats ok its over now and i got my credit thats all i really cared about.

Refering back to my topics on education especially, kids do not take education seriously.

 

 

Instead of trying to enlighten their minds, they fall into the depths of conversation during class, even stooping to vulgarities.

 

 

I will tell you this, if I had been caught using such vulgarities when I was in school, not only would the school punish me, but my pop would take me out behind the woodshed when he got home.

 

 

I would prefer the punishment from the school.

 

 

People need to learn respect. If I have a student that disrupts my class like that, I throw them out in a heartbeat. However, I also let it be known fully at the beginning of the term that this would not be tolerated. Especially in summer school where I presume you were taking this class becuase you screwed around during the school year and failed to master the material.
