No matter how this season turns out, we can say these things in relation to other teams: We have more World Series Championships than the Nats, Phillies, Astros, Brewers, D-Backs, Padres, Rockies (our expension brethren), D-Rays, Royals, Mariners, Rangers, and Angels. Also, we have seen more championships in our lifetimes than the Red Sox, Cubs, White Sox, Indians, and Giants. Additionally, we have just as many championships in less years than other expansion teams like the Mets and Blue Jays. Finally, we are tied for 2nd with the Blue Jays, Dodgers, and Twins for most championships in the last quarter of a century; only trailing the Yankees. Also, only the Yankees have more championships since the existence of this organization. There's my bit. I'm surprised that my tagalong "dogfish," who monitors my posts for positivity hasn't jumped in this thread. I'm sure he will now when he sees that I have posted something here.

Not only is it WAY to positive for how the Marlins are playing, but in the last 2 lines you say the "Florida Marlins" SIX TIMES!!! LOL WE KNOW WHO WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. July 21, 200520 yr I really like the way the guys have responded the past two nights. It looks like they are playing with enthusiasm. Let's hope they can keep it up all the way through the SF series and then once they return home against Pit and the Nats.
